Return Procedure

Full Warranty

  • Your Litter-Robot™ is covered by an 18-month full warranty starting from the date of shipment.
  • The warranty covers all parts, labor, and shipping within the lower 48 states.

LitterWorks Logo Any purchase made from LitterWorks may be canceled. Shipping charges after the item has left our facility are non-refundable. We will only accept unused product at our location. The written Warranty from the manufacturer applies to all products we sell, and their Warranty Service Procedure is outlined above.

If for any reason, you choose not to use the manufacturer's Warranty Service for defective product, we can get a replacement. Normal time for this replacement process is 30 days, but it can take as long as 60 days.
